The carefully selected PIWI grape varieties are gently processed to best preserve their natural aromas.
In the glass, the Nullkommalenz Weiss displays a light straw-yellow color. On the nose, fresh and lively aromas of green apple, pineapple, lime, and delicate citrus notes unfold, accompanied by a subtle mineral component.
On the palate, the wine is light-footed, fruity, and well-balanced. The harmonious acidity provides freshness and structure, while the delicate fruit aromas offer a pleasant, refreshing taste experience—completely alcohol-free.
