This exquisite Trockenbeerenauslese from the Neukomm Winery in Hallau in the Klettgau region (Schaffhausen) is from the 2018 vintage and ranks among the most concentrated and highest-quality dessert wines in the lineup. For this wine, overripe grapes dried on the vine are carefully selected, resulting in a particularly intense aroma and sweetness profile.
